REUNION COSTS INCLUDE
Sat. Reunion Celebration to include Dinner Buffet with cash bar, entertainment, photographer, decor, personalized nametags, reunion staffing, facility expenses, alumni research/search, database management, website management, promotional materials, printing and postage.

ALUMNI DIRECTORY
Let your classmates know what you’ve been up to these past 20 years. Be sure to complete the information on the enclosed registration form and return it with your payment. It will be used to produce an alumni Directory CD featuring the Wolfson Class of 1991. Be humorous or serious - it’s all up to you! Can’t attend? You may purchase a copy using the registration form or go online. Completed form must be received by June 4, 2011 to ensure inclusion in the directory. You may fill out the questionnaire online. We need a minimum of 20 pre-paid orders to justify the cost in putting these together.

REFUND POLICY
Requests for refunds will be provided upon written notification. Refund requests must be received no later than June 4, 2011. A $20.00 processing fee will be charged for all refund requests (including guest cancellations). Refunds will not be granted after June 4, 2011.

REUNION RESERVATION DEADLINE
The deadline for early bird registering for your reunion is May 7, 2011. In order to ensure sufficient facility space and food quantities you MUST pre-pay for the reunion with 1st Class Reunions. Admittance to the reunion cannot be guaranteed without pre-registering or prepaying. You are NOT considered registered for the reunion if you respond through www.classmates.com, Facebook.com or other similar sites. Please note: only a limited number of dinner registrations will be accepted at the door. Walk-ins are subject to an additional charge. You may register online for the reunion at ww.1stclassreunions.com until 6/14/11 or mail the enclosed form to 1st Class Reunions.

HOTEL INFORMATION
There is a room block set aside for alumni at Marriott Sawgrass. Please call 1-800-457-4653 to make your reservations before 5/17/11 for a discounted rate of $129/standard room per night plus taxes. After this date, reservations will be made based on space and rate availability. Be sure to let them know you are with the ”Wolfson Class of 1991 Reunion” to get this special rate.
